My appology goes to myself for haven't been contributing to my blogs for nearly 2 months. My life has been so hectic with many unexpected tasks. I dare not to complain about it as I had promised myself not to lodge any complains or grieveness the moment I decided to leave the MAF to joined the teaching force.
After two months of teaching TESL students here, I have unlearned and learned quite a number of things:
1) The environment in universities has changed. Students and lecturers are different as compared to the time when I was doing my first year degree.
2) Students do not really realize or understand the concept of higher education in universities.
3) The rapport between lecturers and students needs vast improvement.
4) On-going research is needed to improve the quality of teaching and learning in universities.
5) The administration of universities should play their roles in improving the quality of graduates and lecturers.
